Total Access Electric Motors, LLC was founded in 2026 by Jason Tibbitts and Michael Riva. We are an industrial supply, sales, and service company dedicated to keeping America’s manufacturing and processing facilities running at peak performance.

Our parent company operates a full-service, in-house repair shop for motors, gearing, and generators, and provides expert field services such as laser alignment, dynamic balancing, electrical hook-ups, and ongoing maintenance.
Jason Tibbitts started in the industry in 1991 with Ajax Electric Motors. Over a 30+ year career, he advanced through inside sales, outside sales, sales management, and business development at Worldwide Electric Motors. He built deep expertise serving concrete, aggregate, food processing, timber, and lumber operations coast-to-coast.
Michael Riva brings complementary strength with extensive inside sales and technical support experience in industrial motors and power transmission. For years he was Jason’s key inside-sales partner at Worldwide Electric. Together, they successfully grew both wholesale and direct end-user business.
After decades in the field, Jason and Mike saw the same recurring challenges: smaller, less experienced maintenance teams; corporate vendor consolidation; and customers needing one trusted partner who can minimize downtime, maximize production, and ensure safety without added complexity.
